think school discipline is the same now? You must go into a school…
Years
ago, teachers were more strict than currently. Students had a lot of respect
for their teachers. Now, society is more permissible with young people and this
attitude is present too in the school.
In the
past, teachers had a lot of authority, but in the present they haven’t this
power.
Now,
sometimes, there are parents that never believe teachers when they tell them
information about their sons. Years ago, that didn’t happen.
Fortunately, nowadays corporal punishment is banned
but, in the past, teachers used to hit. I think that was terrible.
I prefer today’s discipline, but I think students must
be more respectful.
